By playing a number of EA games -- Dead Space 2, Mass Effect 2, Darkspore, to name a few -- you’ll earn access to special promotional items in Dragon Age Legends.
To collect those items, first make sure that you’ve connected that game to your EA account for following the onscreen instructions for each particular game. Then do the same in Dragon Age Legends. If you're a new player, simply follow the onscreen instructions. Current players can verify their account is synced by clicking on the options icon in the upper right of the screen and selecting “Dragon Age 2 Unlocks.”
Once you’ve synced your account, click the options icon again and select “Promo Pack.” (New players, slay your way through the tutorial first!) Then click the “Check” button.
At that point, your promotional items should be redeemed. Check your Inventory menu to equip them.
